CORNED BEEF HASH

This is scrumptious. Sorry I don't have measurements.

Sauté chopped onions in butter. Add frozen hash brown potatoes and some canned corned beef that you have chopped up. Season with Paul Prudhomme Poultry Magic. Take your spatula and smear the corned beef so it is all incorporated with potatoes. Now sauté until corned beef gets a little crunchy. Remove to serving dish. Variations: add poached eggs on top, add cheese on top, add poached egg and Hollandaise on top, etc
