Cricketwood Recipes

CREAM CORN

Serves 10

This is very creamy and flavorful. Everyone asks for the recipe when I serve it!

40 oz (8 cups) frozen white corn
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt (or more to taste)
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp butter

Combine all ingredients except flour and butter, in a large pot. Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Melt butter and flour in small bowl in microwave. Stir to dissolve any lumps. Add to corn mixture and cook just until thick.
