ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Pets are allowed in our Champagne Chalet LLC. There is a $10
pet fee whether you have one or more dogs. Pets are not allowed
in the B&B.
HOW IS Champagne Chalet
DIFFERENT FROM THE B&B? The Champagne Chalet LLC
is physically separate from the B&B (on the adjacent 5
acres). It has its own fully equipped kitchen and is considered
a vacation rental. It is not part of our B&B for licensing
purposes; therefore we are not allowed to cook for guests
of the Chalet. Guests of the Chalet may bring pets and children
of all ages.
MAY WE EAT MEALS IN
OUR ROOM? Yes, you may eat meals in your room or
with the other guests. The choice is yours. If you want to
eat in your room, just check the "In room" box on
the menu.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION
POLICY? We require a 7 day notice. If you cancel
with less notice, we will try to re-rent the room (we keep
waiting lists, notify the other B&B's in the area, contact
all the chamber of commerces and visitor centers, etc). If
we can re-rent it, you will not be charged anything. If we
can't re-rent the room, you will be charged for 1/2 your stay
or one night, whichever is greater.
WHAT IS CHECK IN AND
CHECK OUT TIME? Check in is between 3:30 pm and
6:30
PM. Other times by appointment. If you arrive early without arrangements,
we might not even be here to greet you so please don't check
in early unless you call ahead. Check out is by 11 am. If
you need a little later, please contact us and we'll do the
best we can.
DO YOU HAVE A TWO NIGHT
MINIMUM? Not really. However, we do give first priority to those staying more than one
night. We generally don't book one night stays very far in
advance, and rarely on a weekend. It's so nice here, you are going to want to stay
more than one night!
DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes, we have beautiful gift certificates. You
can purchase a gift certificate for a two (or more) night
stay or you can purchase a dollar amount toward a two (or
more) night stay.
DO YOU HAVE SEASONAL
RATES? We offer discounted rates Sun. - Wed., Nov.
1 - May 15 for 2 or more night stays. (Last 2 weeks of
December are blackout dates.)
