FOOTBALL SANDWICHES

Serves a lot!

We have served these toasted sandwiches at many superbowl parties over the decades! They are scrumptious and easy.

1 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 sm jar stuffed green olives, chopped
1 can tomato soup
¼ green pepper, chopped
¼ cup oil
English muffins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast English muffins halves (you can toast on cookie sheet or in toaster). Mix cheese, onions, olives, soup, green pepper and oil together (don't use food processor) and spread on English muffin halves. Bake 12 - 15 minutes until bubbly. Serve immediately.
