HOLIDAY YAM CASSEROLE

Serves 12

This is a very sweet, fluffy and decadant yam casserole.

FILLING

3 cups cooked mashed yams

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup butter

TOPPING

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup chopped pecans

1/3 cup flour

1/3 cup butter

Combine and put in 10" X 10" baking dish. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
