There are two important steps to check availability and make a reservation:

If the availability showed up in Step 1, but you don't see it here, just call or email us and we'll book it for you.
MINIMUM NIGHT STAY: The online reservation system is set up for 2 night minimum stays. Just call or email us to make a one night stay using the following guidelines: One night openings between two longer stays will be booked anytime (check availability calendar). One night stays on the weekend will be booked no sooner than a week in advance One night stays on weekdays (S-Th) will be booked no sooner than one month in advance
MOVING ROOMS: If we do not have the entire time you want to stay in one room, we are happy to move you to another room. Just book it as if it were two different reservations.
DISCOUNTS: We offer many great discounts. They include extended stay, off season, shoulder season, Comeback Club (repeat guests), etc. To find out what discounts are available for the dates you are consider-ing, just take the reservation process through step 2 (don’t worry, you will see the discount rates before you make a commitment to a reservation). Discounts show up as special packages.
CHAMPAGNE CHALET: The Champagne Chalet is physically separate from the B&B (on the adjacent 5 acres). It has it’s own fully equipped kitchen and is considered a vacation rental. It is not part of our B&B for licensing purposes, therefore we are not allow to cook for guests of the Chalet. Guest of the Chalet may bring pets and children of all ages.
CANCELLATIONS: We require a 7 day notice. If you cancel with less notice, we will try to re-rent the room (we keep waiting lists, notify the other B&B’s in the area, contact all the chamber and visitor’s cen-ters). If we can re-rent it, you will not be charged anything. If we can’t re-rent it, you will be charged for half your stay or one night, whichever is greater.
CHECK IN—CHECK OUT: Check in is between 3;30 and 6:30 pm. Other times by appointment. If you arrive early without arrangements, we might not even be here to greet you so please don’t arrive early unless you call ahead. Check out is by 11 am. If you need a little later, please contact us and we’ll do the best we can.
DOGS: Dogs are welcome in our Champagne Chalet. The B&B is not suitable for dogs (sorry). There is a $10 per night dog fee whether you have one or more dogs.
CHILDREN: The Champagne Chalet is available to children of all ages. The B&B rooms are not childproof for small children. The Enchanted Forest suite is available for families with children over age 7. |
