SWEET BACON GREEN BEANS

Serves 4 - 6

Quite a delicious green bean recipe.

1 lb fresh green beans, cleaned and cut into bite size pieces
½ lb bacon, chopped in pieces
½ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp fresh chopped garlic

In stir fry pan, cook bacon and garlic until bacon is half cooked, then add brown sugar. Sauté until bacon ¾ cooked and add green beans. Cook the beans until they are cooked to the doneness you like.
